Thank you dear Sangat and Teachers! I just recently joined this community and decided to do this
practice, I don't know why myself, probably the dictate of my heart. There was so much energy that a lot of blocks came out, especially the feeling of guilt from childhood. Now I have such a state of peace that I walk down the street and dissolve into space, I feel like a part of it, and it's as if God, through people who meet on my way, repeats all the time - I Love You! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I wanted to share my feelings about Amar Dev Singh's classes. I really like these Sunday classes! It's a great idea and a great opportunity to work with your body. I still feel the positive effect of the last class. Many thanks to Amar Dev for this and for his work. He explains perfectly, is very patient, controls the correctness of performing the kriyas and, of course, it is very comfortable to study in his space. My infinite gratitude. And thanks to the organizers for the opportunity of Sunday classes

I want to thank Hari Nam and Hari Singh from the bottom of my heart for our morning meditations! There is more and more light and silence every day. I do not want our meetings to end in the morning. I would like to thank our teachers Hari Nam and Hari for 11 days of meditation and 40 days of practice. 
11 days of meditation - I really liked it, it's a great chance to broaden my horizons as a KY teacher and feel new meditations more deeply for myself personally. Well, the 40 days of practice that flew by so quickly were generally wonderful. I understand how valuable it is to be with teachers and sincerely thank them for this opportunity and work. Seeing and meditating with them 2 times a day is a real holiday. The organizers have a huge respect for your work, the level of your work can be envied by many companies not related to yoga.

Dear community! I would like to write to you about how glad I am to be with you, teachers in the same community! Thank you for your support and for sharing your experience! There is a special incredible atmosphere of warmth, kindness, understanding in the chat and the common space, it feels so! I thank everyone for being together

As always, it's a magical, empowering experience! I am so glad that I have the opportunity to be a part of this space. It's absolutely priceless! I always say that Sat Nam Rasayan is not only a tradition of healing - it is an instruction for life! And it is quite tangible, not just at the level of rules and philosophy, but at the level of your experience and feelings. My sincere dream is that the whole world will be able to touch this Tradition. It's a real gift!
