Healing Circle with Hari Singh and Hari Nam Kaur

The Golden Link School of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation invites you on December 27 to a healing circle to eliminate obstacles and global transformation at the Solstice. It will be a special online practice!

The online class will be held in Zoom with a translation into Russian.
The internship will be available only online, under the guidance of Teachers (access to video recordings will not be provided).

Intense high-frequency meditative vibrations will occur in the Healing Circle online practice. This will happen due to joint meditation with the repetition of a special Pauri (verse), which causes the removal of physical or mental obstacles.

Include your family in the healing circle

Participants of this practice will be able to add any member of their family to this healing experience.
No more than three people from one participant.
Hari Nam Kaur and Hari Singh will create a special altar on which they will post photos of your loved ones during this practice.

It is important to do this before 18:00 Moscow time on December 26.

The practice will take place with a special mantra (pauri). It is not necessary to repeat it, but you can familiarize yourself with it in advance. The text of the mantra will be sent to all participants by email after registration.
