The Legacy of Master of Sat Nam Rasayan — Guru Dev Singh

«Kundalini Surjhee Japa»

With Hari Singh, Hari Nam Kaur, Ajooni Singh, Daya Singh, Deva Singh

11 - 15 September
2026

We are pleased to invite you to the annual practice of Kundalini Surjhee and continue the legacy of Master of Sat Nam Rasayan — Guru Dev Singh in Moscow.

What effect does Jappa Kundalini Surjhee have?

Kundalini Surjhee is a Shabd written in praise of Guru Ram Das. Repeating this Shabd 11,000 times gives an understanding and experience of the flow and energy of Kundalini, there is a complete rejuvenation of the internal system through the harmonization and tuning of internal organs.

Jappa is always a very deep meditative experience that takes the practice to a new level. But for this, a person must have strong discipline and a certain experience of regular meditation.

Travel Tips:

Weather:

According to historical climate data, the end of July and the beginning of August in Nanjing are the peak of summer, characterized by hot, humid, and rainy weather. This is one of the hottest periods of the year.

Temperature: the average daytime temperature is around 32°C, and the nighttime temperature is around 25°C.

It often feels like the temperature during the day exceeds 35°C, and on extreme days it can reach over 40°C.

Precipitation and humidity:The average precipitation is about 192 mm in July and 129 mm in August.

Humidity is high — usually 70–80%. Short but intense thunderstorms with gusty winds are common, especially in the afternoon and evening.

Climatic features: intense heat, high humidity, bright sunshine, and rapidly changing weather, including sudden downpours.

Clothing recommendations:

Casual wear:Choose lightweight, breathable fabrics such as cotton and linen.

T‑shirts, shorts, summer dresses, and light shirts will do.

Sun protection: be sure to take a panama hat or a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen with a high SPF.

Renew your protection regularly.

Rain protection: always carry a compact umbrella or a lightweight raincoat with you.

Footwear: choose sandals with good grip, water‑resistant shoes, or breathable sneakers.

A light layer of clothing:In indoor spaces, there is often strong air conditioning (shopping centers, subways), so it’s worth taking a light sweater, cardigan, or shirt with sun protection.

Travel tips:

Try to avoid outdoor activities during the hottest hours — approximately from 11:00 to 15:00.

It’s better to go out in the morning or in the evening.

Drink more water. You can take overheating remedies — cooling wipes or Chinese herbal preparations, for example, Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui.

The weather in summer changes quickly, so it’s important to check the forecast and official warnings before going out and during your trip.

The excursion after Surji (not included in the participation and is paid separately)

We want to organize joint trips for our group after the completion of the internship.

The two‑day route in Nanjing includes key attractions, as well as many modern facilities and popular places from social media.
