With Hari Singh, Hari Nam Kaur, Ajooni Singh
Remove internal limitations and fears to live in the present moment, rather than in anxiety about tomorrow.
Every 10 days, you will move on to a new meditation, gradually freeing yourself from what hinders your progress.
This is not 4 separate practices, but a consistent path created by the Teachers for the first time.
You will be guided through 4 different meditations, each lasting exactly 10 days. This sequence of these particular meditations will smoothly transition you from one state to another!
You will go through 4 phases: Fear → I (Self) → Intuition → Infinity.
For the first 30 days, you will be selectively removing fears that block the perception of the present moment:
Fear of the past (the first meditation). You will be able to break free from the power of the past, stop reliving old pain and scenarios over and over again, and regain the feeling of living in the present.
Fear of oneself (second meditation). This fear creates the greatest chaos in a person’s life. You will be able to accept yourself and free yourself from the need to constantly control, limit, or suppress your own nature. This is a transition from “who I should be” to “who I really am”.
Fear of tomorrow (third meditation). You will be able to restore contact with that part of yourself that is capable of intuitively feeling the direction of life. When intuition emerges, the future ceases to be something to be feared and becomes a space of possibilities.
The final 10 days (the fourth meditation) will consolidate the results and allow your consciousness to go beyond the usual limitations: “Who do you want to be when fear no longer determines your decisions?” You will use the “Magic Mantra,” which will take you beyond duality, restore the flow of spirit, and make the mind so strong that it will eliminate all obstacles on its own.
Start: October 1
This is the path from fear to freedom. From the past to the present. From anxiety about the future to intuition. From the familiar identity to the opportunity to reinvent oneself.
We meet every morning (for 40 consecutive days) for an online practice session with the Teachers.
The live broadcast is taking place on Zoom from 06:00 a.m. to 06:45 a.m. Moscow time.
Teachers conduct practice sessions in English with consistent translation into Russian.
Participants communicate and ask questions to the Teachers in a special private chat.
Teachers are in the chat, monitoring the process and providing feedback.
The video recording of the practice is posted every day in the chat and on Yandex Disk by 10:00 a.m. Moscow time.
You can practice using the video recording at any convenient time.
You don’t need any special physical training or experience in yoga.
Gift of the Mahan Tantrik - the most powerful practice for cleansing the subconscious
We often continue to live in yesterday: we go back to old events, pain, disappointments, relationships, and situations that have already ended. The past is gone — but its fear continues to live inside us and influence how we feel today.
“Yesterday is gone — you cannot bring it back.” “You don’t need to worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow must first become today so that something can be done about it,” — Yogi Bhajan.
The first meditation helps you break free from the power of the past, stop reliving old pain and patterns over and over again, and regain the sense of a living present.
Just imagine what your life would be like if past experiences didn’t hold you back, past failures didn’t stop you, and your faith in yourself was unconditional. This practice gives you the opportunity to build such a reality.
Yogi Bhajan gave us this practice as a special gift — the opportunity to delve deeper than our usual mental limitations and rewrite what holds us back from past limitations.
There is a fear that we talk about much less often: the fear of oneself.
What will happen if you allow yourself to be truly strong? Creative? Free? Attractive? If you stop conforming to your usual self‑image and reveal qualities that have long remained hidden?
Yogi Bhajan called this the Fear of Self — a deep fear that can block our natural qualities and create inner chaos.
The second meditation leads to self‑acceptance and liberation from the need to constantly control, limit, or suppress one’s own nature.
This is a transition from “who I should be” to “who I truly am.”
The future hasn’t happened yet, but the mind is already able to live through dozens of its possible scenarios.
What will happen to relationships? To work? To money? To life? What if everything goes wrong?
Yogi Bhajan said that the fear of the future is a human tendency to protect oneself from the unknown. But when the connection with intuition is lost, the unknown turns into anxiety.
Without intuition, fear arises.
Make the future a space of possibilities.
The third meditation helps restore contact with inner knowledge — with that part of consciousness that is capable of sensing direction before the mind has time to create yet another scenario.
When intuition emerges, the future ceases to be something to be feared and becomes a space of possibilities.
And the final point of this journey is meditation with the “magical mantra,” as Yogi Bhajan called it.
He said that its power is so great that it lifts a person beyond duality, establishes a flow of spirit, and is capable of removing obstacles. That is why he called it “magical”: the effect manifests quickly and lasts for a long time.
We will conclude the 40 days with this very practice — to go beyond the limits of our usual self‑perception.
Who do you want to be when fear no longer dictates your decisions?
🔸What do you want your life to be like?
🔸What are you ready to dare to do?
🔸What are you finally ready to allow yourself to have?
🔸And what could your bravest version of yourself become?
These 40 days are included in the Teacher's Self-Realization Training Program, year 2, module 5.
Teachers will devote the entire second year of the Training to how to become a Master of your space:
"You will control the space and your surroundings; life will become pleasant and flowing, and your presence will uplift other people," Hari Singh and Hari Nam Kaur.
